Customer Service Representative

Duties and responsibilities:
- -Manage and coordinate the schedules of our field technicians as requested by customers.
- -Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service requests.
- -Communicate and direct field technicians on work to be completed.
- -Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions; following up to ensure resolution.
- -Document patterns that may indicate a larger problem with service that needs to be resolved.
- -Request and following up with purchase orders until received from customers
- -Assist payroll in resolving any time-sheet discrepancies
- -Answer incoming customer inquiries
- -Record customer information within our database
- -Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- -Offer support and solutions to our customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.
- -Data entry, note taking
- -Other projects assigned
- -Person should be fluent in both English and Spanish
