Customer Service Representative

Phoenix, AZ

Duties and responsibilities:

  • -Manage and coordinate the schedules of our field technicians as requested by customers.
  • -Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service requests.
  • -Communicate and direct field technicians on work to be completed.
  • -Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions; following up to ensure resolution.
  • -Document patterns that may indicate a larger problem with service that needs to be resolved.
  • -Request and following up with purchase orders until received from customers
  • -Assist payroll in resolving any time-sheet discrepancies
  • -Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • -Record customer information within our database
  • -Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
  • -Offer support and solutions to our customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.
  • -Data entry, note taking
  • -Other projects assigned
  • -Person should be fluent in both English and Spanish
